The rules that apply when you use the studio.
Using The Spice Lounge These terms apply to your use of The Spice Lounge, a studio that writes text prompts you can paste into third-party image and video tools.
Adults only You must be 18 or older and must complete age verification to enter the prompt studio. If you are under 18 you may not use this service.
Your account You are responsible for the email address you register with and for keeping access to it secure. Accounts, credits and prompt history are personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
Credits The studio runs on credits. One generation costs the number of credits shown in the studio. Credits are added by purchasing a credit pack or, for tester accounts, by an administrator as test credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account. Credits are only deducted when a generation succeeds; if a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are returned.
Content you create You are responsible for the descriptions you submit and for how you use the prompts you receive. Prompts are text only. Nothing you describe may involve minors, coercion or non-consent. We may refuse or stop a generation that violates this rule.
Third-party tools Prompts are written for external image and video tools. We do not operate those tools, do not control their policies, and are not responsible for content created with them.
Availability We aim to keep the studio available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features such as payments may be unavailable while they are being configured.
Liability The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version is always on this page.
