Refund policy All sales are final. No refunds, except where required by law.

Credits and generations Credits are only deducted when a prompt generation succeeds. If a generation fails, the credits reserved for that request are returned to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Unauthorised payments If you believe a payment was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately using the details on this page so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

Chargebacks Starting a chargeback or dispute with your bank reverses the payment. We may suspend the credits added by a disputed purchase while the dispute is open.

Test credits Tester accounts may receive test credits without any charge. Test credits are not purchases and have no refund value.
