What this policy covers The Spice Lounge is an adults-only studio for writing text prompts. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Account data We collect the email address you register with, your account role, and whether your account is marked as a tester account. We use it to sign you in, to keep your credits and prompt history attached to you, and to support you.
Age verification status Explicit and Hardcore levels, and the studio itself, require an age check through our verification partner AgeVerif. We store only the result (verified or not verified), the date, an expiry date and the minimum provider reference needed to recognise your verification. We do not receive or store identity documents, selfies, or your date of birth.
Purchases and credits When you buy a credit pack we store the pack, the amount, the currency, the payment status and the provider reference for that payment. Every credit addition or deduction is written to an audit record attached to your account.
Prompt history The descriptions you write and the prompts we return are stored in your private prompt history. Only you and authorised administrators can read them. They are not published, sold, or shared for advertising.
Approximate analytics We record page views with a random visitor and session identifier kept in your browser. Our hosting network tells us an approximate city, region and country, and we record the referring page and a coarse device type. We do not store your IP address and we do not collect precise location.
Service providers The app is hosted on Base44. Text prompts are generated by the Venice API, age checks are performed by AgeVerif, and payments (once enabled) are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout. These providers process the data needed to perform their part of the service, under their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot guarantee that data is never processed by them — that processing is what makes the service work.
What we do not do We do not sell your personal data. We do not promise absolute anonymity: your account, your purchases and your verification status are linked to your email address inside our systems.
Retention and your choices Credit and purchase records are kept while your account is open for accounting and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and prompt history by contacting us at the address below.
